Prices on this site are starting ranges. Your final price depends on what your project needs, and is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. Prices on the site may change at any time, but won't change for work already agreed in writing.

Services are covered by a separate agreement

Using this site or booking a free call doesn't create a client relationship. When we work together, a written service agreement will explain the scope, price, payment schedule, revisions and other details. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

How I use AI

I use AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to help me work faster. I review and check everything myself before you see it, and you approve all content before it's published. You're responsible for making sure your business information, prices and claims are accurate.

Third-party tools and links

My services often involve tools from other companies, such as hosting, payment, email, booking and AI services. These companies have their own terms, prices and policies, and I'm not responsible for their service, outages or changes. This site also links to other websites, such as Fiesta Factor. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of sites I don't run.

Ownership of this site

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Simple Site AI. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission. ChatGPT and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the tools I work with.
